TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is hereby agreed that this contract is between the client, as noted above, and Executive Accommodation and Services (hereinafter called “EAS”). The client agrees to the following stipulations.
- EAS acts as booking agents only . Any arrangements or associated services that the client purchases and is confirmed in accordance with these terms & conditions will constitute a legal agreement between the client and the accommodation or such other provider of services.
- EAS aims to provide the client with the best possible service, however it makes no guarantees or warrantees on behalf of the accommodation or such other provider of services.
- The client shall pay a deposit at the time the booking is made. All payments, net of any expenses or bank charges, are required to be made by bank wire transfer. EAS requires a deposit of 50% of the total booking cost to secure the reservation, payable within one week of the date of the reservation confirmation to the client. The balance of the payment shall be payable to EAS ten (10) weeks prior to the arrival date of the client. Payments are non-refundable. If the deposit or the balance payments for the accommodation are not paid within the aforementioned terms, EAS reserves the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- If the booked reservation is changed by the client, i.e., destination, date, and duration of stay, which will in effect cancel the previous reservation, this agreement is subject to cancellation by EAS and EAS may issue a new reservation to the client to cover any changes.
- If the client fails to cancel its reservation, or does not arrive at the accommodation on the scheduled date of arrival, (“a no-show”) EAS is entitled to keep 100% of the total accommodation cost and/or any cancellation fee as EAS warrants. If the client departs from the accommodation before the scheduled date of departure as agreed to in the booked reservation, no refund will be made. If the client wishes to extend the stay, this may be arranged, provided it is in accordance with the policies of EAS, and is subject to the availability of the provider of the accommodation.
- If the client’s accommodation or service provider changes the client's accommodation booking then we will notify you as soon as we receive this change and try our best to help. accommodation changes may occur due to a variety of reasons including, overbooking, building work and general situations which are beyond our direct control. If this situation arises then the client’s accommodation or service supplier will offer the client what they deem to be a suitable alternative of similar standard.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold EAS harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the client’s use of the company’s services, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by the client, or the infringement by the client or any other person.
- Most accommodation and service suppliers take great care to try to ensure literature and or content accuracy but services and facilities may change or be withdrawn and this literature may change from time to time. EAS shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by this information. EAS disclaims all conditions, warranties, or other terms whether express or implied by statue, custom or usage relating to the information contained in or omitted from our services offered.
- A security deposit is required for apartment rentals as indemnity against damage, breakage and other applicable charges. This fee is normally set by the property Owner and can vary depending on the property. The security deposit, less any applicable deductions, will be returned to the Client after confirmation of property condition at Check Out and payment back from the property owner to EAS. The Client agrees that EAS or the Owner can charge additional fees to cover:
- Early arrival or late departure charges
- Non-return of keys
- Loss or breakage of inventory items
- Contamination by smoking and dry cleaning of fabric in non-smoking properties
- Damage to the Property or its equipment
- Unauthorised Pets
- EAS and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure and or services in the Property. In the event of failure of equipment, the Client must notify EAS within one working day such that EAS may elect to effect a remedy to the failure. EAS and/or the Owner do not accept liability for lost or stolen personal property of the Client from the Property during the Rental Period. EAS and/or the Owner accept no liability for personal loss or injury to the Client during the Rental Period. The Client must ensure that they have adequate insurance cover.
